Your privacy is of great importance to TandemDrive BV. We therefore comply with privacy regulations. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do on the website https://www.tandemdrive.com, at our own online services and at our office with information that we collect about you.

If you have any questions, or if you would like to know exactly what information we keep about you, please contact TandemDrive BV.

If you fill in a contact or registration form on the website, or send us an e-mail, the data you send us will be kept for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail is necessary for the complete answering and processing with a maximum of 7 years.

Statistics

We keep statistics about the use of our website and our online services. We use these statistics to improve our website and online services. We will of course respect your privacy at all times. We try to anonymize these data as much as possible.

Access online services

With our online services you get access to a management environment where you can change the settings yourself. We keep track of what you have done and when, for the sake of traceability.

For this we use your IP address, name and email address. We need this because of the contract with you. We keep this information for up to six months after the end of the service.

Cookies

Our website and online services use cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information so that you do not have to enter it every time, such as whether you have been authenticated.

You can disable the placing of cookies via your browser, but some things of our online services will no longer work properly.

Disclosure to other companies or institutions

Under no circumstances will we pass on your personal data to other companies or institutions, except if this is necessary for our services or for handling an incident (see Camera surveillance), or if we are legally obliged to do so (for example if the police require this when a crime is suspected).

Security

Security of personal data is very important to us. To protect your privacy, we take the following measures, among others:

• Access to personal data is protected with a username and password
• We take physical measures such as locks and safes to protect access to the systems in which personal data are stored
• We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) that protect all information between you and our website when you enter personal data
• We keep logs of all requests for personal data
• We are ISO 27001 certified

Camera surveillance

Together with Dreamsolution BV, with whom we share our office, we are responsible for the camera surveillance. A camera at the entrance door records who rings the bell or enters. This camera footage stays at our office. Only when an alarm is triggered does our alarm system take low-resolution photos, to verify what is going on. These photos are stored in the cloud of the vendor, Ajax Systems, within the EU. We never film workspaces.

The camera surveillance protects people, our building and our property, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use facial recognition. Footage and photos are deleted after at most 14 days. In case of an incident we keep them as long as needed to handle it, and we can share them with the police or our insurer.

You have the right to request access, erasure or restriction, and to object. Questions and requests can be sent to privacy@tandemdrive.com.

Changes to this privacy statement

When our website or online services change, we must of course also adjust the privacy statement. So always pay attention to the date above and check regularly for new versions. We will do our best to also announce changes separately.

Access and change your data

If you have a relationship with our company, you have the opportunity to view your personal data after a written request. If the overview provided by us contains inaccuracies, you can make a request for change in writing for us to edit the data or to have it removed. In addition, you can inform us in writing if you do not want to be contacted with information about our products and services by reporting this to info@tandemdrive.com.

Make sure you always clearly state who you are, so that we can be sure that we do not modify or delete data from the wrong person.

To file a complaint

If you feel that we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. This is called the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
